MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce is to provide leadership to the business community and significantly improve the economic development of Yellowknife and its people, through the provision of services and support to members: planning, coordination and relations with government, national and territorial organizations and the public.
GOALS
* To encourage consistent, balanced and profitable growth in the Yellowknife and Northwest Territories economy through Chamber activities.
* To help Chamber member be successful in attaining their financial and operational goals by providing excellent service and support based on the collective pooling of resources, experience, purchasing and lobbying power.
* To obtain, keep and make optimum use of competent staff and volunteers and help them to be successful in attaining their personal goals while obtaining Chamber goals, thereby creating an effective talent back of specialists in Yellowknife business.
* To lead, and be adaptable to, the changing needs of Yellowknife.
