Vote Prosperity
Vote Prosperity is a forward-looking campaign to promote long-term prosperity for the Territory.
The YK Chamber is a non-partisan organization and we do not endorse any candidates. We do put forward the issues we think are vital to our community's prosperity in the coming years.
Vote Prosperity 2023 outlines four pillar themes we believe candidates should address in their own election platforms and should prioritize when elected to office.

Vote Prosperity is the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 Territorial Election platform. Through engaging with our membership of almost three hundred local businesses, we have identified four pillars and seven key issues that we believe will strengthen the Yellowknife business community and contribute to long-term prosperity.
The seven key issues for economic prosperity in the NWT:
- Housing and land
- Immigration
- Support for local construction industry and home building sector
- Remediation economy
- Yellowknife airport
- Tourism and public safety
